Escondido National Little League follows rules set forth and established by Official Little League staff. Please download the Little League App for overarching rules. Per Official Little League rule, the local Little League board may adopt local rules that work with but do not conflict with Official Little League rules. These rules are voted on and approved the Escondido National Little League's Board annually. Please read and familiarize yourself with these rules prior to each season.
